This is the site for the Longmont Anime Club. We meet every two weeks at the Longmont Public Library.
A typically small meeting today; five folks showed up. We watched the scheduled episodes of Naruto #57, Full Metal Alchemist #40, Damekko Doubutsu #18, Hikaru no Go #65, Bleach #30, and Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu #5.
Two weeks from today, Nan Desu Kan will be under way in Denver, so there will be no meeting; next meeting will be two weeks later, October 21. See you then!
A small meeting today, with only four of us (Kris, Rob, Fred, and myself). We watched the scheduled episodes of Naruto #56, Full Metal Alchemist #39, Damekko Doubutsu #17, Hikaru no Go #64, Bleach #29, and Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu #4.
We’ll retain the Saturday schedule for the time being, so I’ll see you in two weeks!
There was no meeting on the 12th, since neither Kris nor I could attend.
The 26th was the anniversary meeting of the club, which is now four years old! Kris provided pizza, but only half a dozen folks were in attendance. I let the membership decide what we would watch, and it was decided to watch a couple of episodes of Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu, specifically episodes 2 and 3, followed by Dragon Half. Unfortunately, my laptop’s DVD player declined to cooperate on Dragon Half. (Fortunately, it turned out later just to need a reboot, and the disc itself is fine.) So we ended up watching Naruto #55 and Bleach #28 to round out the meeting.
Regular schedule will resume with the next meeting, on September 9!
